DESCRIPTION

What is a law practice management system and what potential benefits can it offer? What are some of the options out there? What features might they offer? Might there also be some focused ala cart online practice tools available out there for things like esignatures, calendaring, digital form creation, online notarization, and document management? This program will answer these questions and provide attendees with insightful information to help better understand their technological options and what could be a strong fit for their practice. 

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVE

To understand the features and potential value of law practice management systems and a variety of ala cart online practice tools that can potentially provide significant online benefits for an organization.  

 

CLE CREDITS

PA  | 1.0 Substantive Credits    
This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and 0 hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit. 

NJ | 1.2 Total Credits
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law and/or matrimonial law.
