DESCRIPTION
In recent times, attorneys have increasingly found themselves in the virtual context via online meeting software. This program will focus on Zoom and sample the ethical implications attorneys may encounter while using this platform. Both formal ethics opinions on the topic and various RPCs will be injected into the coverage together with technological guidance offered by various courts. In addition, a variety of Zoom hypotheticals will be addressed to further illustrate the potential ethical implications of the platform.

To recognize and understand various ethical implications of Zoom for attorneys while participating in a variety of online contexts.
